HAVE YOU TRIED OUR NEW SANDOS?? We’re not sure if you knew this, but little is better than a b**r and a toasted sandwich. All the better if it has delicious, melted, gooey cheese!!

All sandos come on Wild Wheat Kumara Sourdough or GF Rice Flour Bread. They also come with a side of Proper Crisps!

For one day only, our iconic chicken-maestro friends from Lowbrow are joining us at Kingsland for a proper Oktoberfest feast!

Alongside steins of our German-style b**rs, they’ll be serving up ½ roast chickens, and a chicken schnitzel burger on a pretzel bun with traditional Oktoberfest spices, as well as warm pretzels and potato salad!

O’ZAPFT IS! 🇩🇪🍺

A traditional cry that kicks off Oktoberfest in Munich, O’zapft is! Means “It is tapped!” - which is what we’re yelling this Oktoberfest to celebrate delicious German b**r and food.

We’ve put our new tanks at Leeds St to work, cold-conditioning three specialty German-style b**rs, all pouring in glorious 500ml handled steins and, wherever possible, straight from the side-pour taps.

And because good b**r deserves good company, for one day only the legends at Lowbrow. are bringing an Oktoberfest feast to Kingsland: warm pretzels, potato salad, 1/2 roast chicken, and a chicken schnitzel burger on a pretzel bun with traditional Oktoberfest spices. 🥨🍗 Only on Saturday the 26th of September!

Plus, a fresh batch of Spicy Pickle, newly named in New World’s Top 25 B**r & C***r Awards, and the return of Black Milk, our full cream imperial milk stout.

Proper English bitter. Ripe juicy Maris Otter, crystal and black malts, hopped with Styrian, Fuggles and Goldings for a satisfying amber brew with biscuit, nut and chewy toffee notes balanced with mouthwatering bitterness and seville orange marmalade. Sorted.

You like hops? We got ‘em this week! All kinds, and malt to boot.

💚 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐏𝐀 - 𝟕.𝟐%

Frosty cold IPA and mountains of C hops, Bright golden malt bill and snowy white foam tops, Aromatic Mosaic and Simcoe that sings, These are a few of my favourite things
Brewed for the annual West Coast IPA Challenge, held at in Wellington on Friday 31st July, where we got 2nd place! Yippee!

We’re all at sea for this edition of our hop forward, tattoo inspired ‘Toughie Sticker’ series. Devil to Pay Red IPA. Chest loads of Chinook, Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops and a carefully selected malt grist creates a luscious rubescent b**r awash with pine resin and pink grapefruit. Get inked!
This is the second release in our Toughie Sticker series (which means a brand new peel-off sticker!)

Don’t get bent out of shape. Icky sticky Oregon Chinook and Strata, New Zealand grown Cascade and Citra from the Yakima Valley buddy up in a hopped up pale ale balancing biscuit and caramel malt character with juicy grapefruit bitterness, pine resin, pineapple sativa and tangy citrus. Now the penny’s dropped.
