Paired as always with a curated selection of goodies, the Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic complements the Dry Gin's fragrant herbal tones and citrus, while the spice and caramel of the Dutch Dough Stroopwafels go perfectly with the spice and sweetness of the Sloe Gin. While the Parched Citrus Mix provides garnish for both, lemon and lime for the Dry, and sweeter orange for the Sloe.
The Dry Gin captures the essence of a true London Dry, built on the 'Gin Holy Trinity': juniper, coriander, and angelica, while bright layers of Meyer lemon and thyme add a fresh, aromatic twist. At a punchy 44%, it cuts clean through tonic, hold its own in a negroni, and makes a ripper martini.
The Sloe Gin is traditionally crafted in the English-style, inspired by the age-old ritual of post-summer berry foraging. Perfect for sipping after dinner, with a dash of soda and a slice of orange, or in a Charlie Chaplin.
