कस्तो समाजमा बसिरहेका छौँ हामी! सरोकारवालाहरु अनावश्यक कानुन संशोधन गर्न तछाडमछाड गर्छन तर यस्तो जघन्य र गम्भिर सामाजिक अपराधको बिषयमा कानुन संसोधन गर्न किन वकालत गर्दैनन् ??
