Each product is handcrafted to order, based on individual arrangements with the client.

2. Placing Orders
• Orders are accepted via private messages on Facebook or Instagram.
• After confirming the details, I will send an order confirmation and payment information.
• Work begins once the payment has been received.

• I accept bank transfers (overboeking) only to a Dutch business account.
• An invoice (if required) can be issued upon request.

4. Shipping
• Orders are shipped via PostNL.
• Standard shipping is within the Netherlands. EU shipping is available upon request.
• Shipping costs are covered by the buyer (unless agreed otherwise).
• A tracking number (track & trace) is provided after dispatch.
