MORTLACH 7 YEARS OLD SHOP ONLY RELEASE

The Duchess has its officially released their our shop only of this stunning Mortlach.

In the whisky capital of Speyside, Dufftown, you'll find the quirky distillery, Mortlach. The use of three different stills, including the famous "wee witchie," gives Mortlach's spirit a distinct character with many facets. Mortlach is a whisky you don't come across often. The vast majority is used in blends, official distillery releases are very rare, and for independent bottlers, it is often very difficult to acquire casks.
The Duchess has been able to acquire a quarter cask for this release. By using a quarter cask,. The maturation also happens faster than in larger casks, greatly enhancing the quality and flavor. Without a doubt, this single (quarter) cask release is a must-have for any whisky collection.

BENRIACH 26 YEARS OLD SINGLE CASK 1997

OUT NOW!

This magnificent release, is undoubtedly one for all BenRiach enthusiasts. BenRiach is located in the North of Speyside, in the picturesque village of Longmorn. This cask was specially selected for its broad character. The whisky boasts a beautiful balance between dark cocoa tones, lovely spiciness, and a light smoky touch. Ultimately, it was decided to finish this whisky in PX sherry casks to add more complexity to the whisky. The result is truly remarkable, a stunningly balanced and complex Speyside whisky with a very broad flavor palette.
