Hill Farmstead Brewery - Fresh IPAs + a Super Limited Farmhouse

Another week, another drop of the best beers in the world. Showcasing what Hill Farmstead does so well - beautifully balanced IPAs and elegant Farmhouse Ales.

The entirely prosaic HBC 586/Phantasm is, as you can guess, an IPA showcasing HBC 586 as well as the experimental Phantasm Thiol Powder - bringing that extra juice hit! Foster is an all US affair, with the dynamic duo of Citra and Simcoe resulting in a punchy, bitter and fruity IPA which certainly begs for another sip.

And Wheat Blanc… this might be our favourite of the many exceptional Farmhouse Ales that Hill Farmstead have produced. Aged in wine barrels for 14 months, and hopped with german Halletau Blanc, it’s both delicate and refreshing, layered yet direct - it’s a thing of rare beauty!

A Delivery of Canned Sunshine!

This classic from Lawsons is back in stock and is fresh, fruity and floral as always. Bittersweet, citrus and pine, and balanced - this beer is exceptional for not only its taste, but its ex*****on too - with the alcohol hidden behind layers upon layers of flavour.

Trillium / Detachable Face + Vanilla PM Dawn

Time to celebrate the weekend and the 750 year anniversary of our homebase - Amsterdam!

Doing it in style this weekend with a beautiful couple of beers from Trillium - a hazy, luscious IPA with Citra and Motueka, as well as a HUGE imperial coffee stout with vanilla beans. These two are going to blow your face off (in a good way!):

Fidens Friday - Hoppy Triple Threat!

Happy Friday. What we have for you are a West Coast IPA, a mango-infused Pale Ale and a Triple IPA which pushes NZ and US hops to their absolute limit. This is as good as it gets:

Celebrating Father’s Day with the Mother of All Breweries!

The Alchemist - they just keep churning out spectacular beers without much fuss.

Trillium Brewing Co - East vs West

Two new IPAs to us now in store, showcasing the best of modern brewing and a bit of a throw-back for the fans of the classics. DDH Express Way is all Peacharine - hazy, hoppy thick and juicy, it’s what you expect in a modern hazy.

Country Squire is looking backwards as much as forward in its methods, with only US C-Hops - Citra and Chinook - and a clarity and punch which will keep any fan of the bitters happy. Beautiful beer!

Fidens Friday / Citra Sessions

Three beers loaded with Citra this Friday from Fidens. We have two big-boppers, hazy DIPAs with NZ hops, Galaxy and… a whole lotta Citra!

And if you’re looking for something a little more bitter, and maybe lightweight - the Empire Pale Ale is the perfect brew! Showing the versatility of Citra again, this one is punchy but light, with a piny grapefruit bite!
