Both are made by Domaine Jousset, 100% Chenin from Montlouis sur Loire, 40-70years old vines.

🕗Aged in oak barrels for 10months.
Rich but precise juice that moves from creamy to salty in a straight line along the palate.
Retaining a pretty core of primary white flower, yellow fruit, and citrus aromas while complex developed notes such as honey, baked apple, iodine creep up along the edges.
Profound and layered stuff that’s also fun and thirst-quenching.
豊かでクリーミーな味わいから塩味を伴う引き締まった味わいへと変化します。
白い花やネクタリン、シトラスの風味に、ハチミツや焼きリンゴ、ヨードの複雑なニュアンスが時間を追って徐々に現れます。
深みがありながらも楽しく親しみやすく、喉の渇きを潤します。
