A natural wine shop sourcing bottles from South Africa to Ukraine, made by passionate winemakers. Binnenkort kun je onze wijnen ook aanschaffen via de website.

Rebel Wines is een wijnwinkel in de Jordaan in Amsterdam, die het fijn vindt dat je weet wat je koopt. Je kunt daarom altijd wijn bij ons proeven, als je binnen loopt óf als je langs komt op onze regelmatige proeverijen. Stay tune for more info.

it’s our BIRTHDAYYY!!! party

the earth has made a full turn around the sun, fruits got swollen, ripened, fallen back to soil, bonds made and broken, liver got stronger while nervous system weaker, new nightmares made appearance and new joys unblocked, and here we are, celebrating a full cycle.

brief tender season before heat hits us: evenings are still cool (jacket hangs from your chair), soil smells of rain (wet hair tangled on a back), window curtains are caressed by the wind (you hurry while getting ready to go out), swallows circle above the roofs (someone is cooking something with herbs and garlic) - and you want to catch late sun for as long as possible. join us for a pre-summer pre-party because we are tired of sweaters and clouds and we believe in manifesting, so let’s summon warmth & light-heartedness together. special summer-friendly wine selection (we checked the weather and crossed fingers for promised +25C).

Natural Born Sippers are back! resurrected from the dead, with a dust&sand covered jacket and ripped pockets but with eyes full of hope to bring together educational and fun components of any wine tasting (meaning: we want to tell the whole world about our winemakers and make it fun for us and, as an end goal, for you).

first edition is orange wine, short and long skin contact, indigenous grapes, serious & fun profiles cheek to cheek.

20 tickets group tasting, 5 different bottles, 3 regions, 2 talking heads, endless sipping. beginner- or nerd- level friendly!

does every society this organised need a ritual as a crack on its surface through which real, horrific, disordered and beautifully chaotic face can be seen? sanctioned overflow is not familiar to us as we bow to order collapses every day but we are with you on King’s Day!

we are as always responsible for your hydration, this time not alone but with .ams to provide nutrients for you not to faint from being overwhelmed. music, beer, wine, bathroom, water, focaccia & therapeutic talk if we ourselves will make it. see you on 27th!

picnic season is here 🌿🌷
picnic as a phenomena is much more than cute blanket, drinks & snacks, we know it’s a privilege that began with segmentation of time for work and leisure. what do you mean you are doing nothing productive??? don’t be surprised if one day you come to grab a bottle on a sunny afternoon and Rebel Wines is closed due to desire to spend time in park. happened before. (only once)

disclaimer: we are not reducing nature to a background for consumption! we just noticed wine tastes different when you are intentionally doing nothing while the sun is eating your skin and thin blades of grass tickle your neck.

this is our first part of a 2 day royal programme, starting at 19:00 on 26th until late and continuing from 14:00 on 27th.
