Today is Ameretto Day! 🇮🇹

Compass Box uses malts aged in custom new oak barrels, which gives it that signature bold character. Think clove and vanilla on the nose, followed by a full burst of spice, oak, and sweetness on the palate. The finish is long, warm, and satisfyingly spicy.

Nestled on Islay, the legendary whisky island, Kilchoman is a singular, family-owned farm distillery. Its uniqueness lies in its comprehensive, on-site production, where barley grown in their fields is traditionally floor malted and transformed into new make spirit.
This spirit then matures and is bottled, all within the distillery's walls. A relatively recent addition to the Scotch whisky scene, opening in 2005, Kilchoman was a driving force behind the revival of small, artisan distilleries in Scotland

Do you know the difference between VS, VSOP and XO Cognac?
It’s easier than you might think!

VS stands for Very Special. A VS cognac is a blend of Eau-de-Vie that has been rested on French oak for a minimum of 2 years.
VSOP stands for Very Superior Old Pale and consists of a blend of Eau-de-Vie with a minimum age of 4 years.
XO stands for Extra Old. This will be a blend consisting of Eau-de-Vie with a minimum of 10 years of aging.
