Is a crème de cacao that can be used as an appetizer or to prepare cocktails and desserts. The beve Our Process begins with the selection of the cacao beans.

We are a farm-to-the-crème de cacao (and by-products) makers located in Nicaragua. We grow, harvest, ferment, dry and select our own cacao, from the Criollo and Trinitario sort. The complete transformation from the cacao bean to our exclusive Crème de Cacao occurs in our own factory in Rivas, Nicaragua. AO: A mix of the finest liquor made with the most exquisite Cacao, it has a unique, incomparable flavor and a perfect touch. It makes that special occasion yet more memorable. LIKAO has a dark, amber colour with a full bodied, delicate balance and finesse. As well as the smooth, rich chocolate flavour, there are hints of caramel and dried fruits, ideal served on the rocks or for mixing the perfect cocktail. The liquor is produced in Rivas, Nicaragua in El Vergel farm where four types of cacao are produced. The cacao here achieve a rich, complex flavour and the liquor reflects this richness of the original cacao.
