Starting out as a baker in our Bakery department, Isaskar’s journey has evolved beautifully over the years. Today, he plays the role of a confectioner, mastering the art of sweet creations while officially still holding the title of “baker.” His deep understanding of bakery operations and product knowledge has made him an invaluable part of the team.

Isaskar thrives in a positive, collaborative work environment, surrounded by supportive colleagues and a company culture that truly values its people. 💙

He’s especially grateful for the Long Service Award initiative and says it motivates him to keep moving forward. With a smile, he shares his commitment to continue growing with MSS.

Join us in congratulating Heinrich Katusha for 15 years long service at Wecke & Voigts. ❤

He started as a trolley assistant at Maerua SUPERSPAR and steadily worked his way up—first taking on the role of merchandiser at the TOPS Bottle Store, and then moving into his current position as a till packer.

What Heinrich enjoys most about his work is the personal interaction with customers—greeting them with a smile, carefully packing their shopping, and often going the extra mile by helping carry their bags to their vehicles. His dedication and positive attitude make him a valued part of the team.
