We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to become part of our expanding team. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist with sourcing products from both local and international suppliers
-Help update records related to product costing and pricing.
-Support the maintenance of the supplier database and communication.
-Aid in tracking and coordinating ongoing projects to ensure they are submitted and delivered on time.
-Assist in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
-Help foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
-Provide general support to the sales and marketing team in everyday operations.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join our growing team. If you are highly organized, enjoy working with suppliers and customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹Key Responsibilities:
• Source products from local and overseas factories
• Monitor and update latest product costing and pricing
• Manage supplier database and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Track and coordinate all ongoing projects to ensure timely submission, fulfilment, and delivery
• Handle key customers for recurring sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Support the sales and marketing team in daily operational tasks

🔹Requirements
• Minimum SPM qualification
• MUST be able to communicate in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) as to liaise with Overseas Supplier
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
