Late breakfast, skipped lunch (because everyone was still full), so here we are with early dinner on a Sunday evening. Who else here loves early dinners?

For dinner, I cooked lamb shanks for 4 hours (in a slow cooker), then made orzo (our favourite rice-shaped pasta) using its flavourful gravy.
