Recipe List :

The Firecracker
- Muddle a few small pieces of watermelon in a shaker
- Add 45 ml of Rum
- Add 15 ml of Brandy, fresh lime juice & simple syrup
- Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper
- Shake well and strain
- Garnish with lime wedge

Orange Blossom
- Fill a shaker with half ice
- Add 15 ml each of Gin, Vermouth and freshly squeezed orange juice
- Shake well and strain
- Garnish with orange wedge

Lychee Martini
- Add 15 ml of Vodka into a shaker with ice
- Add 15 ml of lychee liqueur or syrup and lime juice
- Shake well and strain
- Garnish with pitted lychee fruit
