Smoky, savoury, a little sweet, with that irresistible peanut sauce. It's the kind of dish that calls for something refreshing alongside it.

For our final food pairing of September, we're reaching for:

Rosé — crisp and refreshing, with enough fruit to complement the sweetness of the sauce.

Rum & Ginger Ale — a little richer, with the ginger adding a refreshing kick between bites.
