This World Cocktail Day, meet your new go-to: the Renegat Lemon Fizz — a light, citrusy cocktail made with vodka that’s smooth enough to sip, and bold enough to impress.

Ingredients:
• 50ml Renegat Vodka
• 20ml fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
• 10ml simple syrup (equal parts sugar + water)
• Soda water to top
• Ice
• Lemon slice or mint (optional garnish)

Directions:
Fill a tall glass with ice
Add Renegat Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup
Stir gently
Top up with soda water
Garnish with a lemon slice or mint
