生病了一個星期不能跑步，
今天趁精神比較好，想到今年還沒完成受 啟發的
#煙頭不落地 行動，
就在 2025 年的尾聲，出去動一動，也順手撿煙頭。

今天在一個一圈只有 200 米的小公園，
撿了 343 支 被人忽略、覺得「反正沒差」的煙頭，
其中不少，還就在禁煙區的告示牌下。

一根煙頭很小，
卻不是紙，而是塑膠。
它會殘留毒素、碎成微塑膠，
被雨水帶進水溝、河川與海洋，
慢慢影響我們共享的環境。

如果少一根煙頭落地，
環境就多一點被好好對待的可能。

如果你有吸煙的習慣，
也邀請你自備鐵盒，或丟進煙灰缸，
把煙頭好好處理，不讓它落地。

I was sick for a week and couldn’t run.
Today, feeling a little better, I suddenly remembered that I hadn’t completed the #煙頭不落地 action inspired by this year.

So at the end of 2025, I went out and to pick up cigarette butts.

In a small park with a loop of only 200 meters,
I collected 343 cigarette butts —
many of them right under No Smoking signs.

A cigarette butt may be small,
but it’s not paper — it’s plastic.

It contains toxic residues, breaks down into microplastics,
and gets carried by rain into drains, rivers, and eventually the ocean, slowly affecting the environment we all share.

If one less cigarette butt is dropped on the ground,
the environment has one more chance to be treated with care.

If you smoke, I gently invite you to carry a small metal case
or use an ashtray —
take responsibility for your own cigarette butts and keep them off the ground.

That means —
🚯 𝙉𝙤 𝙧𝙪𝙗𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙣-𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚!
🧺 Every vendor is responsible for managing their own waste (we’ll even weigh it at the end!).
🥗 F&B vendors are encouraged to serve with 𝙧𝙚𝙪𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚 . As customers, you can also choose to dine in to help reduce waste creation.
🌍 And everyone — yes, including you! — is encouraged to 𝘽𝙔𝙊 (𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙊𝙬𝙣) containers, cups, bags, and utensils. If you forget , you can always rent it from the rental station.

Together, let’s reduce waste and make every market a small but powerful ripple of change.

🌿 生活里的小小改变 🌿

一个看似普通的纸箱，原本可能就这样被丢弃，但只要换个眼光，加一点巧思，它就能成为实用的收纳盒。

Small Changes in Everyday Life

A seemingly ordinary cardboard box might have been thrown away,

It’s been quite a while since we joined a market on the mainland, and tomorrow feels like the perfect time to return—on our National Day! 🇲🇾

Come spend the morning with us and enjoy good food, great coffee, lovely crafts, and a community full of warm people. Bring your kids and even your fur kids—it’s going to be a fun and relaxing day out.
