My Taste Homemade Instant Curry Paste We are based in Selayang Baru and supplying / selling Instant Homemade Curry Paste for Curry Fish Head, Curry Noodle, Curry Chicken, Sambal and etc.

Our traditional homemade curry paste was establish in 2007. Thanks for customers support, our business has success expand from in house to shop lot based in Selayang Baru. We are selling and supplying instant curry paste for:

Thanks to customers support and like our paste. We currently provide delivery service.

We have 3 type of curry paste for you to choose:
1. Curry Seafood Paste - suitable to cook curry seafood, curry noodle, curry vege and curry fish head.
2. Curry Meat / Chicken Paste - suitable to cook variety of meat.
3. Multipurpose Paste - suitable for nasi lemak sambal, asam fish or any stir fried.

Our curry paste is instant and easy to cook. Tasty curry can be just done with few simple step (paste mix with water, add in preferable ingredient and coconut mlik/santan).

We are selling RM10 per packet (300g). Shipping fees RM5 with minimum purchase of 5 packets.

Nasi Kandar Chicken with MyTaste Curry Fish Head/Seafood Paste.

Recipe:
300g – My Taste Curry Fish Head / Seafood Paste美味咖喱鱼头/海鲜酱
1.5kg – Chicken 鸡肉
15-20 – Lady Finger 羊角豆
5 stalks – Curry Leaves 咖喱叶
400ml – Water 清水
5 – Onion 洋葱
6 pieces – Cardamon (Buah Pelaga) 小豆蔻
6 pieces – Cloves (Buah Cengkeh) 丁香
2 tbsp – Dark Soy Sauce 黑酱油 / 老抽
1 Inch – Cinnamon (Kayu Manis) 肉桂

Cooking Method:
1. Sauté onion, cinnamon, cardamon and cloves with 300g Curry Fish Head / Seafood Paste. Then add in 200ml water and bring it to boil.
将300g的咖喱鱼头/海鲜酱和洋葱，肉桂，小豆蔻，丁香一起炒香。然后加入200ml的水煮滚。

2. Add in 1.5kg chicken and stir thoroughly. Put in dark soy sauce, curry leaf and remaining 200ml water and stir evenly. Covered the wok and stew about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
加入1.5kg的鸡肉搅拌均匀。放入黑酱油，咖喱叶和剩下的200ml水一起搅拌均匀。盖上锅盖焖煮大概20分钟或鸡肉变熟。

3. Add in lady finger and continue to cook until preferable softness. Then it is done and ready to serve.
加入羊角豆后继续煮至自己适合的软度就完成。

Sambal Fried Rice with MyTaste Multipurpose Paste

Cooking Method:
1. Fry dried shrimp until fragrance then add in onion and continue to fry. 爆香虾米然后放入大葱。
2. Put in preferable vegetable and meat or seafood, fry until cooked. 放入蔬菜，肉或海鲜，煮至熟。
3. Add in white rice and multipurpose paste and fried evenly. 加入白饭和万能酱然后炒至均匀。
4. Add in egg and salt to taste. Garnish with spring onion and chili, ready to serve. 加入鸡蛋和盐调味，洒下青葱和辣椒，即可品尝。
