Grape variety ：100% .

Terroir：Alluvial Terroir in the south of the Crozes-
appellation, shaped by the terraces of
the Rhône and Isère rivers. Villages of Mercurol,
Pont de l’Isère and Beaumont Monteux.

Harvest：Hand and mechanical harvesting, taking care torespect the integrity of the berries.

Ageing：Aged in unlined concrete vats (90%) and 10% in barrels for approximately 12 months.

Tasting: "Les ” is a wine with fleshy tannins, and loads of floral and black fruit notes, as well as elegance.
Colour: very intense purplish red.

Nose: red fruits, blackcurrant and raspberry, followed by violet aromas.

Palate: ample and round, final of stewed fruits and vanilla.

👁️Appearance: great dark garnet-red.

👃🏻Nose: the first nose is quite closed with a dominant of graphitic, leather, and then intense aromas of pepper, black fruits and scrubs.

👄 Palate: the attack is rich, dense. Then the wine is fleshy and solar. The final is sappy served by delicate tannins and a great freshness.

🍇Grape variety/varieties: Syrah, Grenache and Carignan.

✂️Harvest: Grapes are hand-harvested.

⛰️Soil: The vineyard is located on Gneiss and schistous soils from the Devonian Period and limestone from Kimmeridgian Period.

🛢️Vinification: 100% destemmed. Extraction is only carried out by punching of the cap during a long maceration (at least four weeks).

🍷Ageing: About a half matured in vats and the other half is aged in casks according to the vintage.

🍷Alcohol content: 14,5

With a beautiful ruby color, Michel Lynch Organic Red presents an intense nose with black fruits and sweet spices aromas. Generous and full, the palate is dominated by black cherry and blueberry notes, and a hint of mocha. The finish, very fruity, is elegant and long.

This 100% will go perfectly with a caesar salad, a roasted tender veal or a well-matured Saint-Nectaire cheese.

Pomal Reserva is a distinguished red from the Alta region of , crafted by Bodegas Bilbaínas. Renowned for its adherence to traditional winemaking methods, this wine exemplifies the classic Rioja style.

• Grape Variety: 100%
• Region: D.O.Ca. Rioja, Spain
• Alcohol Content: 14.5%
• Aging: Aged for 18 months in American oak barrels (20% new), followed by at least two years of bottle aging before release .
