Our newest creation, the Cold IPA, is a fresh take on hoppy beers. Brewed like an IPA but lagered for a clean finish, it delivers a crisp, dry character with bold hop flavors. This unique process enhances the aroma while keeping the body light and refreshing. It’s the perfect balance of intense hops and smooth drinkability.

We took our staff on a getaway into the Pfalz region of Germany, also known as the German Tuscany.

Some of our highlights included tasting some 2014 Dornfelder Barrels from dad, and Lukas Grauburgunder Reserve Wines and some new hybrid experimentation with Souvignier Gris.

We were lucky enough to enjoy Landschweine (his vineyard pigs) for dinner.

Cellar Escoda-Sanahuja is a winery in the Conca de Barberà region of Catalonia, Spain. Founded by Joan Ramon Escoda and Carmen Sanahuja, it is known for producing natural wines using biodynamic farming. The winery does not use chemicals, added sulfites, or artificial processes, allowing the wines to develop naturally.

The wines are made with native yeasts and minimal intervention to highlight the true character of the grapes and the land.

We’re excited to introduce our latest project:
Satori Distribution. Through this platform, companies and individuals can order carefully selected and imported wines, beers, ciders and non-alcoholic beverages for delivery or pick-up.

Mathias, Joe and Davide are three school friends with diverse backgrounds in hospitality, architecture and business. During the COVID-19 lockdown we lived together in Brussels keeping our sanity with cooking and great wine and beer.

With time on our hands, we started experimenting with homebrewing using locally sourced ingredients. Some batches were a success, others less so... but the process encouraged us to launch ourselves properly into gastronomy.

We launched Satori Brewing Co. in 2020, collaborating with European breweries and selling our beers in bars and supermarkets across Luxembourg. In 2022, we were joined by Stefano, our brewmaster.

Our website, for individuals and businesses, will launch in early April 2025.
