Our favorite summer spirit returns to Vinothèque, Jun POP Gin, a special limited edition gin infused with Lebanese thyme and lemongrass, bringing a refreshing herbal twist with a Lebanese soul.

Try it in a Lebanese Martini 🇱🇧🍸

How to make it:
— Pour 50 ml Jun POP Gin and 10 ml dry vermouth into a mixing glass
— Stir gently (no ice)
— Strain into a chilled martini glass
— Garnish with green olives and a fresh thyme sprig
