A wonderful dinner at Mouhot’s Dream, Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort this week, where we had the pleasure of discovering some true gems from Bordeaux, Madiran, and Armagnac. 🍷🥃

, , Chateau de Laubade, were the stars of the evening, each showing the best of their terroirs.

A heartfelt thank you to Chef Eric Berrigaud for creating an exceptional menu that perfectly complemented these wines.

On Monday, July 21st, we are delighted to host a special dinner at Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort.
Culinary Director Eric Berrigaud has designed a unique 6-course menu to showcase the wines and spirits from the 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝗴𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀.

First created in 1993, Overture by Opus One is a traditional “second wine” meticulously crafted with organically grown fruit from the estate vineyards. The fruit is harvested and
vinified with the same care, precision, and attention to detail as 👌Thanks to a deep understanding of the property’s vineyards by winemaker Michael Silacci and his teams, each block is vinified separately and evaluated before blending. The wines that tend toward fresher, herbal red fruit and supple tannins go into . 2021 is its 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞-𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, a piece of history 🙌
