A sincere thank you to the 12 discerning guests who joined us at CUTS in Rosewood Phnom Penh, for an evening of the Wine Cellar Series.
It was a pleasure to help host such an intimate gathering, celebrating the art of pairing. Chef Thol curated an exceptional 4-course menu that perfectly complemented a journey through Italy's finest vineyards.
Highlights of the evening included:
