Four Pillar’s excellency is rooted in a mix of classic (juniper, lavender) and Australian native (lemon Myrtle , Tasmanian pepper berry) as well as exotics (whole fresh oranges, star anise) . Mixed in with a love for the craft and Yarra Valley elements.
