We are truly grateful for everyone who has been part of The Okinawa Bottle Shop. Our customers, our staff, our suppliers our landlord and the village that welcomed our neighborhood bottle shop. After the building comes down we'll update everyone on what's next, but whatever the future holds, we will cherish all the people we've met over the years, conversations around the table, friendships and memories at the shop. Thank you to everyone who came by to help us empty the fridges (which we did!) for one final kampai!

建物の解体後、今後の展開について改めて皆様にお知らせする予定です。これからどんな未来が待っていようと、この店で出会った人々、テーブルを囲んだ会話、ここで生まれた友情や最高の思い出は、私たちにとって永遠の宝物です。
最後の「乾杯！」のために足を運んでいただき、冷蔵庫を空にするのを手伝ってくださった皆様（無事、完売しました！）、本当にありがとうございました！

🍻 The Last Week of The Okinawa Bottle Shop is Here! 🍻

We’ve officially reached our final week! Our building is scheduled to be demolished at the end of the year so we will close our doors for now, but we look forward to one last “Kampai!” 🥂✨

🗓️ FINAL WEEK SCHEDULE:

Thursday & Friday: Open from 4:00 PM
Saturday (FINAL DAY & Closing BBQ!): 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

📌 Important Info for Saturday’s BBQ:
🚗 Parking: If you are driving, please park up the hill at the park so our main parking spots remain open for takeout customers.
🚫 No Outside Drinks: Please enjoy helping us empty our fridges!
🏡 Be Mindful: Please be respectful of our neighbors so we can leave on great terms.
⏰ LAST ORDER! We must close at 9:00 PM (Last call at 8:45 PM).

📌 土曜日のBBQに関する大切なお知らせ
🚗 駐車場について: お車でお越しの方は、テイクアウトのお客様用に店の駐車場を空けていただくため、坂の上の公園駐車場をご利用ください。
🚫 持ち込み禁止: 冷蔵庫の在庫を飲み干すお手伝いをお願いします！他店からのドリンクの持ち込みはご遠慮ください。
🏡 近隣へのご配慮: 近隣住民の皆様のご迷惑にならないよう、ご配慮をお願いいたします。
⏰ ラストオーダー: 21:00完全閉店となります（ラストオーダーは20:45です）。

Many of you already know, but our building will be torn down at the end of the year. Therefore we needed to decide our final day at The Okinawa Bottle Shop. We get quite busy from late October each year with our taprooms in Nozawa Onsen, which are open in winter and spring so we made the inevitable decision that our final day will be Saturday, October 3. We plan to open early and have a bbq at the shop to say thank you to everyone that has been part of the shop over the last four and a half years. We’ll cherish the memories and we’ll be sure to keep you posted on what comes next. Until then we hope to see you at The Okinawa Bottle Shop!

お客様各位

すでにご存じの方も多いかと思いますが、当店がお借りしている建物が老朽化のため今年末に解体されることとなりました。それに伴い、「The Okinawa Bottle Shop」としての最終営業日を決定する必要がございました。

毎年10月下旬からは、冬季・春季に営業している野沢温泉のタップルームが非常に忙しくなるため、大変苦渋の決断ではございますが、当店は10月3日（土）を最終営業日とさせていただきます。

これまでの4年半、当店に関わってくださった皆様へ感謝の気持ちを込め、当日は早めの時間からオープンし、店内でバーベキュー（BBQ）を開催する予定です。

皆様と共に築いたたくさんの思い出は、私たちにとってかけがえのない宝物です。今後の展開につきましても、追って皆様にお知らせしてまいります。

それまでの間、皆様と「The Okinawa Bottle Shop」でお会いできるのを心より楽しみにしております！

DOGFISH HEAD x OXBOW x SHIGA KOGEN / Kind of Gold！

アメリカンクラフトビール界のレジェンド、DOGFISH HEAD の Sam Calagione と、彼を繋いでくれたお馴染み OXBOW の Tim と3者で今年の初めに仕込んだ特別なビール。

3社のロゴが並んだゴールドのラベルもお気に入りです。

Sam が送ってくれた “Carolina Gold” という米と、”Edisto Gold Honey” という野生の花のはちみつをつかって仕込んだ IPA。

DOGFISH HEAD x OXBOW x SHIGA KOGEN / Kind of Gold!

This special b**r was brewed at the beginning of this year by Sam Calagione of DOGFISH HEAD, a legend in the American craft b**r world, and Tim of OXBOW, who connected us.

This IPA was brewed using “Carolina Gold” rice and “Edisto Gold Honey,” a wild flower honey

B**r Style: Imperial IPA with ride and honey
