Have you ever wanted to try using Japanese at real local shops?

On Sunday, June 14, we’ll hold a special Japanese shopping experience on Kurihama Shopping Street!

You’ll visit real shops, talk with local shop owners, and try simple Japanese phrases such as:

🛍 How much is this? これは いくら ですか？ Kore wa ikura desuka?
🛍 I’ll take this, please. これを ください。 Kore wo kudasai.
🛍 What do you recommend? おすすめは なんですか？ Osusume wa nandesuka?
🛍 Thank you! ありがとうございます！ Arigatou gozaimasu!

This is not just a classroom activity.
You can practice real Japanese conversation in real shops!

Beginners are welcome.
We'l also provide support so you can enjoy the experience even if your Japanese is still very basic.

5月30日、約350名のランナーが、1日で72kmを走るウルトラマラソンに挑戦します！
YWFAでは、観音崎公園にてランナーの皆さんをサポートするボランティアを募集しています。

一生懸命走るランナーの皆さんを、一緒に応援しませんか？
地域イベントに参加しながら、国際交流・地域交流も楽しめる機会です✨

On May 30th, about 350 runners will challenge a 72km ultra marathon in one day!
YWFA is looking for volunteers to support the runners at Kannonzaki Park.

Let’s cheer for the amazing runners together!
This is also a great opportunity to enjoy local community and international exchange✨
