This Belgian Strong Ale bridges the gap between beer and wine. 🍷🍺
Collaborating with Toyama's historic "Yamafuji Vineyard" (est. 1933), we brewed this ale using upcycled "Muscat Bailey A" grape pomace.

2024年より参加している「ヨリマチプロジェクト」で取り組んでいる、フレッシュホップ栽培。2025年も埼玉県寄居町で育てた生のカスケードホップが収穫できました。場所は寄居町の小高い丘にある“中間平”という山頂で育成しています。ビールの名前は育てている「中間平」の地名からとり「MID LAND HOPS」と名付けました。

A Hyper-Local Taste of the 2025 Harvest.

We are proud to introduce MIDLANDHOPS, a beer that captures the spirit of our local landscape. Brewed as part of the "Yorimachi Project," this Session Ale features an abundance of 2025 Cascade hops, harvested fresh from a scenic hilltop in Yorii, Saitama, called "Chuugendaira."

The name "MIDLANDHOPS" is our tribute to this special place where our hops are grown. By using these hops in their raw, un-dried state right after picking, we've created a beer with a uniquely clean bitterness and a subtle, refreshing acidity. It's the story of a place and a season, captured in an exceptionally easy-drinking ale.
