①既に「自分のビールブランドを持ちたい」「独立して拠点を持ちたい」という明確な目標がある方

②委託や収束型ではなく、“自分が主役”として仕込みと商品設計に責任を持ちたい方

③既存レシピに頼らず、自らの味や表現でファンを獲得していく意志がある方

④過去に3年以上の醸造経験があり、推薦状を提出できる方

⑤将来的には醸造所運営も見据え、免許・税務・設備にも理解を広げていきたい方

①Someone with a clear goal of launching their own beer brand and eventually establishing their own brewery.

②Not looking to be a contracted brewer or employee — someone who wants to take full ownership of the brewing process and product design.

③A brewer who aims to build a fan base through their own original recipes and creative expression, not by relying on existing formulas.

④Has at least 3 years of professional brewing experience and can provide a letter of recommendation from a previous employer.

⑤Willing to expand their knowledge beyond brewing, including licensing, tax procedures, and equipment operations — with the future of running their own brewery in mind.

Introducing The “Concrete Cowboy”! This West Coast IPA represents what a classic Wear Coast IPA should be, with a little modern flare. This crisp, clear and refreshing beer balances a moderate bitterness with citrusy and piney hop flavors that make this beer one to have.
