Niigata SAKE Lovers is a community dedicated to creating lovers of Niigata sake and Japanese food culture in Japan and beyond. We organize multilingual seminars on sake brewing processes, food pairing and sake tasting. With connections to many local breweries here in Niigata, we lead in depth brewery tours and give people access to the sake industry others can’t see. All the while we strive to bri

With this principle in mind, in 2014 we partnered with Kashiwazaki based Hara Brewery （原酒造）to brew our very own junmai daiginjo sake, Connect 繋ぐ. In 2015, Niigata SAKE Lovers is proud to work with Katafune (Takeda Brewery Co.) Whether it be food or sake related photos/information, a good local dig, or even questions, please don't hesitate to post!
