On March 22, 2026, the world-renowned Capella Hotels and Resorts makes its long-awaited debut in Japan with the opening of Capella Kyoto in the historic Miyagawa-cho district. We are deeply honored to announce that we have co-developed the hotel’s signature scent, capturing the very essence of this sacred land.

2025年7月29日、韓国の誠信女子大学グローバル企業探訪チームの学生をお招きし、奈良の香りによる地域活性・地域マーケティングの取組について講義をさせていただきました。

香りの特長をはじめ、奈良の香りを通じた地域活性化に向けた好循環サイクル、ビジネスエコシステム構築、将来の展望など様々な観点からご説明をさせて頂き構造的にご理解いただきました。積極的にご質問もいただき、とても有意義な時間となりました。
このような交流を通じて、引き続き社会や地域への貢献に努めていければと存じます。

We have jointly developed an original fragrance with Patina Osaka, which opened today on May 1st, and have begun supplying Patina Osaka Original Fragrance Bath Salts as a bath amenity in all guest rooms. 松田商店が製品デザインを担当したノボテル奈良様オリジナルの「桜のお香」が2025年3月より販売開始されました。奈良市内最大級の桜並木を誇る佐保川へお花見にお越しの際に是非ノボテル奈良へもお立ち寄りください。

佐保川は奈良市を代表する河川で、万葉集などの歌枕としても有名。奈良市中央部を縦断する形で約5㎞にわたって桜並木が続き、その規模は奈良市内最大。県内でも有数の桜スポットとなっています。この桜並木は、江戸時代末期の奈良奉行・川路聖謨が山林や東大寺周辺の景観整備の一環で楓と共に植樹させたことに始まるといわれています。現在でも川路の時代に植えられたとされる樹齢170年ほどの”そめいよしの”が数本残っており、「川路桜」と呼ばれ地元の人々の手によって保全管理が行われています。
