Portland研修🍻

先週は先輩方に同行させて頂くという貴重な機会を頂き、アメリカ オレゴン州ポートランドへ研修に行ってきました✈️
大きくはない街に多くのブルワリーが立ち並び、それぞれの個性を発揮しながらも、ブルワリー間で良好なコミュニティが築かれていることのお陰で、私たちも快く受け入れてくださりました🍻
ここで学べたことは技術的なことばかりでなく、ビジネスとしての進め方もたくさん教わりました。
直接会いながらのディスカッションにより、視野の拡大に加えて、造りたいビールの幅が拡がったのがとても有益でした📖
研修以外にも、アポ無しで訪れたブルワリーでも醸造設備の見学や説明までして頂き、改めてオープンなコミュニティに感動しました🍻
概要はストーリー/ハイライトでお伝えしていましたが、まだ載せきれていないほどのブルワリーを訪問させて頂きました。
快く受け入れてくださった多くのブルワリー、ブルワー、スタッフの皆様に心より感謝しています。
短期間でしたがこの有意義な学びを今後のビール造り、ブルワリー開設に活かしていきたいと思います🍻

I had a great opportunity to accompany my seniors on a training trip to Portland, Oregon, USA✈️
Many breweries stand side by side in a not so big city, each showing their individuality and building a good community among breweries, they were willing to accept us as well. We were very glad to be welcomed here🍻
We learned a lot not only technically, but also how to conduct business and run a brewery.
In addition to expanding our horizons through face-to-face discussions, it was also very beneficial to broaden the range of beers we want to brew📖
We also visited a lot of breweries without appointments and were given a tour of the brewing facilities and explanations, which again impressed us with the openness of the community 🍻
The overview of the program can be found in the Instagram story/highlight, but there are still too many breweries to list here.
We appreciate gracious hospitality given by many breweries and brewers.
We would like to put meaningful learning experience to good use in our future brewing and opening of our own brewery!
