【はちみつ梅エール】が本日より販売スタートします🍺
斜向かいにある老舗酒蔵、酒持田本店さん が、万九千神社に奉納する梅酒を仕込む中で生まれる梅の実を分けていただいたことから、このビールは生まれました。
万九千神社は、神在月に八百万の神々が集まり、出雲大社で神議りを行った後に直会を行う場所として知られています🍻
本来であれば役目を終えるその梅の実を、もう一度活かせないか。
そんな想いから生まれた、少し特別な一杯です。
やさしいはちみつの甘みと、ふわっと広がる梅の香り。
どこかほっとするような、穏やかな味わいに仕上がっています。
春の夜、少しゆっくりしたいときに。
一日の終わりに、肩の力を抜いて飲んでいただけたら嬉しいです。

“Honey Ume Ale” is now available 🍺
This b**r was born through a special connection with our neighboring historic sake brewery, Mochida Honten
who kindly shared ume fruits used for making plum w**e dedicated to Mankusen Shrine.
Mankusen Shrine is known as the place where the eight million Shinto deities gather for a celebratory feast after their annual meeting at Izumo Taisha during the sacred month of Kamiarizuki.
The ume fruits had already fulfilled their original role.
We wondered if they could be given a second life — and from that idea, this unique b**r was created.
Gentle honey sweetness meets the soft, aromatic fragrance of ume, resulting in a calm and comforting flavor.
Perfect for a slow spring evening,
a moment to relax and unwind at the end of your day.
