This summer sake has been renewed by changing the rice used for junmai sake classes from "Gohyakumangokumai" to "Hyogo Nishiki" new sake rice, which is resistant to high temperatures.
The alcohol content has been lowered to create a refreshing finish, with a well-balanced finish and a spicy taste.
It is also characterized by being made to go well with river fish such as sweetfish and summer vegetables.
