A full-bodied authentic umeshu made with Oshukubai plums locally grown in Oyama, Hita City, Oita Prefecture.
Over three years of aging, the rich essence of the plum is slowly drawn out, creating a deep, concentrated flavor.
◼️ 3-Year-Aged Nanko Plum Umeshu / Alc. 14%
A carefully crafted three-year-aged umeshu made abundantly with selected Nanko plums from Oyama.
Fruity yet clean on the finish, with a mellow, smooth taste that never tires of.
◼️ Kabosu Umeshu / Alc. 14%
A refreshing blend of aged Oshukubai umeshu and kabosu, Oita’s signature citrus fruit, which accounts for nearly 98% of Japan’s production.
The acidity, umami, and aroma of plum and kabosu come together in beautiful harmony, creating a crisp and refreshing umeshu.
