「クローバージン」は、ベルギーの三姉妹アンソフィー、シャーロット、ナヌークが約10ヶ月の開発期間を経て生み出したブランドです。製品名は、三つ葉のクローバーに由来しています。

広大な自然に囲まれたベルギーのカルムトハウトで育った三姉妹が、厳選されたフレッシュなボタニカルとともに、深い花の香りが優しく重なり合うジンを作り上げました。このクラフトジンは、女性蒸溜家によって繊細で柔らかな雰囲気が込められています。朝露のようなみずみずしさと繊細なボタニカルの重なりが、三姉妹が紡ぐ幸せのおまじないとクローバーのエッセンスを反映しています。

通常のジンにはない柔らかさがあり、花々の奥深さとエネルギーを感じることができます。コリアンダー、カルダモン、ジュニパーベリーの厚みのあるベースに、ラベンダー、エルダーフラワー、カモミール、洋梨のアロマが加わることで、フレッシュで柔らかな味わいを生み出しています。ほのかに香るクローバーフラワー（シロツメクサ）が、幸せのエッセンスを添えています。

“Clover Gin” is a brand crafted by three Belgian sisters, Anne-Sophie, Charlotte, and Nanouk, after about ten months of dedicated development. The product name is inspired by the three-leaf clover.

The sisters, who grew up surrounded by the vast nature of Kalmthout, Belgium, have created a gin with deep floral aromas that blend gently with selected fresh botanicals. This is a craft gin delicately distilled by female distillers, capturing a soft, refined atmosphere. With layers of refreshing, morning-dew-like botanicals, this gin reflects the happiness charm woven by the three sisters and the essence of the clover.

It has a softness unlike any typical gin, allowing you to sense the depth and energy of the flowers. Built on a rich base of coriander, cardamom, and juniper berries, the addition of aromas from lavender, elderflower, chamomile, and pear creates a fresh, soft taste. A faint hint of clover flower (white clover) adds an essence of happiness.

Kilchoman Madeira Cask 5-Year 2021 Edition 50% 700ml

The Kilchoman Madeira Cask uses heavily peated malt with a phenol level of 50 ppm from Islay. This single malt was matured for five years and three months in 46 fresh-fill Madeira hogsheads before being vatted and bottled at a higher-than-usual 50% ABV, enhancing its flavor profile. This limited edition includes only 17,000 bottles worldwide, with 990 allocated to Japan.

Matured entirely in rare Madeira casks, as opposed to the more common fortified wines like sherry or port, this whisky has developed rich, barrel-driven characteristics, blending roasted nuts, dried fruits, caramel, and toffee. オロロソシェリーたるによる２０ヶ月の追熟。この影響がドライさに現れます。
香りそのものにその特徴があり、シャープさ、強いシトラス感（レモンピールとベルガモット）、ミネラルや湿った木の様な風味のオーガニック感もあります。
特にワイン感は強くありませんが、タンニンの渋みは味わいにはっきりと表れています。
ストレートに味わうと、徐々にクリーミーなモルトの甘さが現れ、とてもバランスが取れています。
しかし、不思議なことに、加水をすると全体的な強さが抑えられて落ち着き、柑橘系の香りは、飲みごたえのある甘さやシリアル感に比べて、よりはっきりと目立ちます。
そして段々と更にスパイシーになり、余韻がどこまでも続きます。

This whisky has undergone 20 months of additional maturation in Oloroso sherry casks, imparting a dry quality to the profile. The aroma itself reflects this character, with sharpness and intense citrus notes (lemon peel and bergamot), along with an organic feel of minerals and damp wood. Although it doesn’t have a strong wine influence, the tannic astringency is clearly present on the palate.

When tasted neat, the creamy malt sweetness gradually emerges, achieving a well-balanced profile. Interestingly, when water is added, the overall intensity softens and settles, allowing the citrus aroma to stand out more against the rich sweetness and cereal notes. The spiciness intensifies over time, leaving a lingering finish that goes on and on.

スッキリとしたミントと、柑橘系のようなフレッシュさがシソジンに爽やかさとインパクトを与え、全体の複雑な味わいに調和をもたらします。

A fusion of fruity and herbal. The colorful SHISO GIN, with its gentle sweetness from locally sourced red shiso, is an easy-to-drink gin that allows for a variety of enjoyable cocktails.

Applewood

Applewood from the "Happy Fruits" farm in Nakano City. It features a delicate aroma reminiscent of freshly baked sweet apple pie and elegant floral notes.

Red Shiso

"House San Anton," located in the center of the hot spring town, provides handmade shiso juice. Red shiso is rare compared to green shiso and has a fragrance reminiscent of herbs and anise. Its moderate acidity adds a unique tartness to the shiso gin.

Green Shiso

The refreshing mintiness and citrus-like freshness of green shiso contribute to the crispness and impact of the shiso gin, harmonizing with the overall complex flavor.
