From the beginning of October, choosing to open a red is no longer up for debate.
There is a precise moment when red w**es become desirable again: when the light changes angle, evenings begin to stretch indoors, the table returns to slower dishes, and the glass calls for w**es capable of accompanying without rushing.
From the more versatile reds of the Rialto line, such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, to our Reserves, Notte di Galileo and Sogno di Giotto, each bottle expresses a different way of interpreting the Euganean Hills, through fruit, structure, softness, time and substance.
These are the w**es that return to Sunday lunches, to the first autumn dinners, alongside mushrooms, roasts, cheeses, ragù, polenta and all those recipes that ask for a warmer pace.
