20 years ago today, I was in NYC for my first trip overseas, a cultural exchange between my school and one in the USA. It was here I fell in love with this amazing country and promised myself I’d learn the language, the culture, and connect with as many people as possible. On the day this photo was taken, I shook hands with then businessman Donald Trump at Trump Tower in a Home-Alone-like encounter. Little did I know, 12 years later, I’d shake hands with another POTUS.

I share this picture today to reflect on the incredible memories, to express my deep gratitude for the USA embracing my projects with love, kindness, and support. As we face the looming challenges of a potential trade war and growing tensions between the US and Europe, I want to remind everyone that I’ll always cherish the friendships I’ve made here. You are my “crazy American family of the Perbacco members” – and no matter what happens, I’ll keep working harder, won’t let you down, and will continue to show you all my unconditional love. ❤️

VINO NOBILE DI DOCG RISERVA 2019 BACCOBLUES

From the collaboration with , has created this warm, lascivious and velvety , with a personality, typical of the from . With its intense ruby red, this wonderful Riserva opens with notes of cherry under spirit, , withered violets, candied peel and notes of ***co and .
Palate is warm, intense, aristocratic, with a broad structure, a masterfully carved tannin and a long, succulent finish of cherry, blackberries and dark . A Blues ballad in a glass.

VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO DOCG 2020 BACCOJAZZ

From the collaboration with , Francesco has created this vibrant and elegant Vino with Jazzy traits. With a bright ruby red color, the wine opens with intense notes of maraschino cherry, black currants, withered violets and an all touch of balm, and ***co. Palate is vibrant, neat, fresh, with perfectly integrated tannins and a mouthwatering aftertaste of currants and cherry under spirit. Gentle, yet extremely , like a solo by Miles Davis or John Coltrane.

BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO BACCOROCK

From the collaboration and friendship with , has created this wonderful biodynamic . This , located in the North-West side of , where luscious forests shelter it from warm summers, gives birth to this woodsy and intense wine.
With a shiny ruby red color, BaccoRock reveals notes of black currants, blackberry, withered violets, dark , candied orange peel, ***co, mushrooms and an intriguing note of pinewood. Palate is rich, persistent, layered with flavors of currants, mushroom and pine, with a majestic tannin that leads to a succulent, lingering and mineral finish. Best paired with old school music.

BACCOGLAM: THE GLAMOROUS SIDE OF MONTEPULCIANO

From the collaboration with .vallocaia , has created this warm and succulent Super Tuscan, showing the most colorful and Glam version of Montepulciano. With its intense ruby red color with purple reflections, the wine shows a predominant note of cherry jam(from the Merlot), then hints of prune, roasted pepper(from the Cabs), lavender, dried apricot. Palate is rich, warm and opulent, with a recurring note of cherry jam and grippy tannin that leads to a mouthwatering finish of dark fruits and dark chocolate.
