🍇 Una bottiglia che racchiude la dedizione di tutto il nostro team e la profonda tradizione vitivinicola del territorio. Il nostro Vignola nasce da uve di Canaiolo Nero coltivate sulle suggestive terrazze di Capodimonte, affacciate sulle acque del Lago di Bolsena e sulla meravigliosa Isola Bisentina. Un vigneto storico, radicato in un terroir vulcanico, che continua a custodire un prezioso patrimonio genetico autoctono risalente alla fine degli anni '60.
🍷 Nel calice si presenta con un elegante colore rosso rubino. Al naso regala un bouquet aromatico e persistente, impreziosito da intense note di rosa, viola, ciliegia selvatica e mora di rovo. Al palato esprime appieno la sua natura amabile: le venature dolci e il caratteristico retrogusto amarognolo trovano un equilibrio perfetto, modulati da una piacevole freschezza e sapidità.

Our Vignola is born from Canaiolo Nero grapes cultivated on the picturesque terraces of Capodimonte, overlooking the waters of Lake Bolsena and the marvelous Bisentina Island. A historic vineyard, rooted in a volcanic terroir, which continues to preserve a precious indigenous genetic heritage dating back to the late 1960s.
🍷 In the glass, it presents an elegant ruby red color. The nose reveals an aromatic and persistent bouquet, embellished with intense notes of rose, violet, wild cherry, and blackberry. On the palate, it fully expresses its semi-sweet nature: the sweet nuances and the characteristic slightly bitter aftertaste find a perfect balance, modulated by a pleasant freshness and sapidity.
