🍇 Weinlese am Kloster Säben

Diese Woche wurden die alten Weinberge des Klosters Säben gelesen. Hier wachsen Kerner und Sylvaner auf kargen, steinigen Diorit-Verwitterungsböden, geprägt von Mineralität, Höhe und Geschichte.

Questa settimana abbiamo vendemmiato gli antichi vigneti del Monastero di Sabiona. Qui crescono Kerner e Sylvaner su terreni poveri e sassosi, formati dall’alterazione del diorite – un luogo plasmato da mineralità, altitudine e storia.

This week, the old vineyards of Sabiona Monastery were harvested. Here, Kerner and Sylvaner grow on poor, rocky soils shaped by weathered diorite – a place defined by minerality, altitude and history. 🍇

Vom 18. bis 20. September verwandelt sich Klausen wieder in einen Treffpunkt für Genuss, Tradition und geselliges Beisammensein. 🍁

Auch wir von der Kellerei Eisacktal sind heuer wieder mit dabei und freuen uns, euch mit einer Auswahl unserer Weine aus der Klassischen Linie und der Linie Aristos willkommen zu heißen. 🍷✨
