I primi raggi di sole accarezzano i grappoli di Arneis e Barbera appesi ai tralci ☀️🍇.
Luminosi e vivi, sono il simbolo di quel microclima speciale che solo la terra della nostra Cantine Bailu - Vino per natura sa regalare, sospeso tra sole, aria e tempo 🍃.
Piccoli miracoli che raccontano un intero anno di lavoro, di cura costante, di sveglie all'alba e di pensieri dedicati ogni giorno alla vigna 🚜.
In ogni acino c'è la fatica condivisa con i colleghi delle altre cantine, un sudore che ha la stessa trasparenza della dedizione.
Perché?
Perché quest'anno la terra ha sete 🌿.
La siccità ha picchiato duro, prosciugando il terreno e insinuando nei pensieri una paura sottile: la sensazione di aver dato tutto senza la certezza che basti per fare la vendemmia proficua e generosa che in cantina abbiamo sognato.
Ma la terra e la storia della cantina Bailu ci insegnano una cosa fondamentale: la speranza non si misura con il pluviometro 🌦️.
La vite è una pianta incredibile, forte e pervicace.
Cerca l'acqua in profondità, affonda le sue radici dove gli altri si fermerebbero, lottando con la stessa caparbietà con cui noi continuiamo a prendercene cura.
Se l'Arneis racchiude l'anima profumata e luminosa delle nostre colline e la Barbera porta con sé quella forza schietta e tenace che non si arrende mai, allora anche noi dobbiamo somigliare loro.
Forse il raccolto pretenderà ancora una volta la nostra massima devozione, forse la terra ci chiederà un ultimo sforzo di fiducia.
Ma guardando quei grappoli non possiamo cedere allo sconforto.
La passione che unisce la squadra della cantina Bailu ha radici profonde come le nostre vigne ❤️.
Non sappiamo ancora come sarà il vino di questa stagione, ma sappiamo con quanta dignità, unione e amore ci abbiamo messo per farlo 🍷.
E finché ci sarà questa forza a guidare le nostre mani, ogni bottiglia firmata Bailu che nascerà da questo raccolto sarà una vittoria.
La vendemmia arriverà, e noi saremo lì, pronti a trasformare la fatica in valore 🍇✨_
_The first rays of sunshine caress the bunches of Arneis and Barbera grapes hanging from the vines ☀️🍇. Bright and vibrant, they symbolize the special microclimate that only the land of our Bailu Winery can offer, suspended between sun, air, and time.. Small miracles that tell the story of an entire year of work, constant care, early morning wake-ups, and thoughts dedicated every day to the vineyard 🚜.
In every grape lies the toil shared with colleagues from other wineries, a sweat that has the same transparency of dedication.
Why? Because this year the earth is thirsty 🌿.
The drought has hit hard, drying out the soil and instilling a subtle fear in our thoughts: the feeling of having given everything without the certainty that it will be enough to produce the fruitful and generous harvest we dreamed of in the cellar.
But the land and the history of the Bailu winery teach us something fundamental: hope is not measured by a rain gauge 🌦️.
The vine is an incredible plant, strong and tenacious. It searches for water deep within, sinking its roots where others would stop, fighting with the same stubbornness with which we continue to care for it.
If Arneis captures the fragrant and luminous soul of our hills and Barbera brings with it that sincere and tenacious strength that never gives up, then we too must be like them. Perhaps the harvest will once again demand our utmost devotion, perhaps the land will ask us for a final effort of faith.
But looking at those bunches of grapes, we cannot give in to despair. The passion that unites the Bailu winery team is as deep-rooted as our vineyards ❤️.
We don't yet know what this season's wine will be like, but we know how much dignity, unity, and love we put into making it 🍷. And as long as this strength guides our hands, every bottle signed Bailu that comes from this harvest will be a victory.
The harvest will arrive, and we will be there, ready to transform hard work into value 🍇✨_
