Tracce della tradizione vinicola del territorio aziendale si incontrano già alla fine dell’Ottocento, ma è nel 1967 che Italo, padre di Filippo e Gioia, decide di credere nella sua vocazione e di farne un’azienda, con amore e devozione. La Fattoria è ubicata nel cuore della Toscana, vicinissima alla splendida Siena. Poco distante si trova lo storico colle di Montaperti, nel comune di Castelnuovo B

erardenga, avamposto sud della denominazione Chianti Classico. I terreni di proprietà si estendono per circa 90 ettari, che coltiviamo in agricoltura biologica principalmente a vite e grano Senatore Cappelli. La superficie vitata si estende per circa 30 ettari di vigneto specializzato, suddiviso in uvaggi Sangiovese, Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon – oltre ad altri vitigni sperimentali pregiati, come Petit Verdot e Alicante. Potendo godere di una posizione di confine, produciamo vini Chianti Classico e Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, oltre al nostro Supertuscan IGT.

🍷Our 2020 Do Ut Des is more than a wine: it'’s a statement of balance, elegance, and dedication.

🍇An organic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, it delivers deep concentration with aromas of blackcurrant, sweet spice, and a touch of black licorice. Full bodied yet taut, it reveals harmony from start to finish.
Aged 18 months in tonneaux, only 15,000 bottles were released — each one a reflection of our Tuscan terroir and vision.
