A few weeks ago, the Deeper Connection Initiative () had the honour of being invited to the base in Entebbe for the World AIDS Day commemoration 🇺🇳❤️.

This reel captures some of our quiet highlights, setting up, preparing, and standing in purpose as conversations around HIV, AIDS, and mental health took center stage. 🧠🤍

We shared reflections on the parallel journey between living with HIV and navigating mental health, the stigma, the resilience, the unseen emotional load, and how healing must address both the body and the mind. Through our DCI Wellness Toolkit, we continue to advocate for safe, human-centered spaces for people living with HIV, their families, caregivers, and communities.

Being part of this day was a powerful reminder that wellness is holistic, and no one heals alone.
