🍇🤩 Harvest is in full swing in Sankt Pauls — and w**emaker Philipp is proud to introduce his 2026 harvest team! Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are coming in this week — and we couldn’t be more grateful to have such an amazing team in the w**ery, working with enthusiasm, commitment, and always a smile on their faces. Thank you!

🥰🥂 Die Weinlese läuft auf Hochtouren in Sankt Pauls – und mittendrin stellt unser Kellermeister Philipp stolz sein Ernteteam 2026 vor! Weißburgunder, Sauvignon, Grauburgunder, Chardonnay und Blauburgunder kommen diese Woche in den Keller. Und wir könnten uns kein besseres Team wünschen: mit viel Begeisterung, Einsatz und immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Herzlichen Dank!

🍇🚴‍♂️ Harvest continues! Busy hands are at work in the vineyards, carefully hand-picking the grapes, while in the cellar, they are gently guided through the next steps of their journey. And early each morning, our w**emaker Philipp is out in the vineyards on his e-bike, keeping a close eye on the grapes – back at the w**ery, their sugar levels, acidity and pH are carefully monitored. During this second harvest week in Sankt Pauls, we are focusing on these varieties: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. 😃

🤩✂️ Die Weinlese geht weiter! In den Weinbergen wird mit großer Präzision gearbeitet: Die Trauben werden sorgfältig von Hand „gewimmt“, während in der Kellerei bereits ein neuer Abschnitt ihrer Reise beginnt – Schritt für Schritt begleitet von unserem Team. Und schon früh am Morgen ist unser Kellermeister Philipp mit dem E-Bike in den Weinbergen unterwegs, um die Reife der Trauben im Blick zu behalten – zurück in der Kellerei werden Zuckergehalt, Säure und pH-Wert der Trauben kontrolliert. In dieser zweiten Erntewoche stehen in Sankt Pauls folgende Sorten im Mittelpunkt: Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Sauvignon und Blauburgunder. 🥂

🍷🐞 La vendemmia continua! Nei vigneti si lavora con grande cura e attenzione: i grappoli vengono selezionati e raccolti a mano, mentre in cantina inizia per loro un nuovo viaggio, seguito passo dopo passo dal nostro team. E nelle primissime ore del mattino, il nostro enologo Philipp è in sella alla sua e-bike per il suo consueto controllo delle uve in vigna – in cantina vengono poi monitorati il loro grado zuccherino, l’acidità e il pH. In questa seconda settimana di vendemmia a Sankt Pauls, i protagonisti sono: Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon e Pinot Nero. 😊

🥂🤩 Summer is all about sharing special moments together. And that’s exactly what the Food Garden Festival 2026 Food Garden 2026 was all about on August 2nd at Parco Begni in Pennabilli, Rimini: an extraordinary culinary experience bringing together passionate food & w**e lovers and some of Italy’s finest chefs such as Massimo Bottura, Giancarlo Perbellini and Carlo Cracco. And we were delighted to be part of it – sharing our w**es throughout the evening. Here are some impressions from a truly memorable evening. 🫶

😋🍝 Sommer bedeutet besondere Momente gemeinsam erleben. Und genau das war das Food Garden Festival 2026 am vergangenen 2. August im Parco Begni in Pennabilli, Rimini: ein außergewöhnliches kulinarisches Erlebnis mit passionierten Genussmenschen und Spitzenköchen wie Massimo Bottura, Giancarlo Perbellini und Carlo Cracco. È stato proprio questo lo spirito del Food Garden Festival 2026, che lo scorso 2 agosto ha animato il Parco Begni di Pennabilli, Rimini: un’esperienza gastronomica straordinaria, che ha riunito w**e & food lovers e alcuni dei più importanti nomi della cucina italiana, come Massimo Bottura, Giancarlo Perbellini e Carlo Cracco. 😃✂️ Harvest 2026 has officially kicked off! While the grapes for our sparkling w**es are already in, yesterday we started picking the first grapes for our still w**es — Chardonnay from some of our early plots in Sankt Pauls. Pinot Grigio and Müller-Thurgau are next. Let’s go!

🍇😊 Die Weinlese 2026 hat begonnen! Nachdem die Trauben für unseren Sektgrundwein bereits im Keller sind, haben wir gestern mit der Ernte der ersten Trauben für unsere Stillweine begonnen: Chardonnay aus unseren frühen Lagen in Sankt Pauls. Als Nächstes sind Pinot Grigio und Müller-Thurgau dran. Auf geht’s!

🥂🤩 Partiti con la vendemmia 2026! Dopo le uve destinate alla base spumante dei nostri Metodo Classico, ieri abbiamo iniziato a portare in cantina le prime uve per i vini fermi, partendo dallo Chardonnay. Nei prossimi giorni sarà la volta di Pinot Grigio e Müller-Thurgau. Avanti tutta!

🤩 Nur noch wenige Stunden, dann beginnt bei uns in Sankt Pauls die Weinlese! Den Auftakt bei unseren Stillweinen machen Grauburgunder/Ruländer und Chardonnay, anschließend wird Müller Thurgau 'gewimmt'. Einen ersten Blick auf unsere Trauben des Jahrgangs 2026 gibt’s in unserem neuen Reel! ✂️🍀

😃🍇 These past weeks have been all about monitoring the vineyards and following the ripening process of the grapes. While the harvest for our sparkling w**es is already underway, we are now counting down the days until we begin picking for our still w**es. The goal is to determine the optimal ripeness for each grape variety and for every individual plot and parcel. It is a careful process of observation in the vineyard — one that ultimately culminates in the harvest. In Sankt Pauls, the countdown has begun!

🍾🤗 Seit Wochen verfolgen wir aufmerksam den Reifeverlauf unserer Trauben – jede Rebsorte, jede einzelne Lage und Parzelle. Während die Lese der Trauben für unsere Schaumweine nach klassischer Methode bereits begonnen hat, nähert sich auch für unsere Stillweine der entscheidende Moment. Ziel ist es, für jede Rebsorte und jede einzelne Lage den optimalen Zeitpunkt für die Lese zu bestimmen. Ein geduldiger Prozess, geprägt von kontinuierlicher Beobachtung und Analyse im Weinberg. Der Countdown in Sankt Pauls läuft!

🥂🥰 In vigneto, questo è il tempo dell’attesa e dell’osservazione. Da settimane seguiamo con attenzione come evolve la maturazione delle uve. Qui a Sankt Pauls la vendemmia per i nostri spumanti metodo classico è già iniziata, mentre per i vini fermi si avvicina sempre di più la fase decisiva. Per ogni varietà e per ogni parcella cerchiamo il giusto equilibrio e il momento ideale per la raccolta. Un lavoro paziente, fatto di osservazione e analisi continue, fino ad arrivare al momento più importante: la vendemmia. Il conto alla rovescia è iniziato!
