1) All the customer are requested to check the order at the time of delivery. After receiving the order any complaints will be subjected to verification.
2) Base time of ideal delivery is kept between 30 minutes to 4 hours. But we want our users to understand that there can be some delay in case of natural calamities, shortage of delivery boys, technicalities issues, official holidays, etc.
3) We can cancel any product or order according to their availability in our store.
4) Users can cancel the order until is into processing mode, after that they can refuse at the doorstep in case if they dont want it anymore.
5) If any order gets undelivered due to various reasons like, unavailability of user at his desired address, denial to accept the order, fake address in shipping details, etc will result into cancellation of orders and we will not be responsible for the delays caused.
