On Friday 27th June, we said a heartfelt goodbye to Marcella Delaney, the first member of our deli team, who retired after an incredible over 24 years of dedication to Mulrooneys Gala.
Marcella has been an integral part of our journey, contributing daily to greeting and providing her customers with courtesy respect and kindness and leaving an indelible mark on our team. Her wisdom, warmth, commitment and knowledge of every customer’s requests and orders will be deeply missed.
Always one for having a laugh and getting dressed up for Halloween, Christmas and St Patrick’s day, her enthusiasm was infectious. We will miss you but as she said herself, it’s not goodbye it’s just see ye later when I’m on my walks😉
As Marcella embarks on her new chapter, we wish her a retirement filled with joy, happiness and all that she deserves.
