Talisker 10 year old single malt is a classic Island whisky from the Isle of Skye. Aged for a minimum of 10 years in American oak casks and has been recognised numerous times for its excellence.

Tasting Notes
Nose: A fresh and fragrant nose. Through thick, pungent smoke comes sweet pear and apple peels, with pinches of maritime salt from kippers, seaweed.

Palate: It's a bonfire of peat crackling with black pepper, with a touch of brine and dry barley. A welcome delivery of orchard fruit provides a delicate and beautiful balance.

Finish: In a long finish, bonfire embers toast malt and crystallise a sugary underlay.

As a mark of respect to the late Dympna Kennedy who has worked for the Keller family for over 25 years, the shop will close from 5 - 6pm today. Dympna started off in Keller's 1 Stop Shop before transferring over to Keller's Carry Out Off Licence.
Reposing at Keller's Funeral Home from 5 - 6pm this evening. May she rest in peace.

Brand new to Keller's Carry Out, The Macallan Time: Space Mastery 70cl

Description:
This very special single malt was made to commemorate The Macallan’s 200th anniversary. A testament to craftsmanship, this beautifully presented whiskey was inspired by past masters and has European Oak at its heart. Bespoke sherry-seasoned casks have given the whiskey a wonderful depth, with hints of dried fruits and soft spice, while American oak adds roundness and a touch of sweetness.

Tasting Notes:
A real sweetness is evident with sherry-seasoned dry fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb. Soft spiced notes of ginger and cinnamon develop on long the finish.
