The Wine Buff was born when Paddy O’Flynn attained his dream of bringing the best, family-run vineyard wines to Ireland. Living in St. Emilion since 1988, Paddy experienced first-hand how you can taste the generational stories in each bottle of wine the vineyard produces, a flavour that is lost in mass-produced wines. Starting as a single wine shop in Ireland, The Wine Buff has expanded nationwide
