Big shout out to John and all in Ryan's Daybreak for sponsoring a set of jerseys for our Juvenile teams. They had their first outing yesterday evening worn here by our U13 team who had a fantastic win over Claregalway on a scoreline of Milltown 5-05 to 2-11 for Claregalway. The jerseys will be worn for years to come for our future stars in Milltown GAA! We greatly appreciate the support!

Due to the Status Red Weather warning Milltown Post office will be closed for the duration of the red warnings. We will seek to reopen the post office once it is safe to do so and conditions allow.

The postal service plans to run letter and parcel deliveries nationwide on Saturday and open the post office as normal. However, this is subject to local road conditions and power supplies.

For anyone due to receive social welfare benefit payments on Friday, they will be available on Saturday and next week.

We are thrilled and honoured to receive the runner's up spot in the Irish Language category in this year's National Heritage Week's Awards. Considering our group is in a non Gaeltacht area, this is a significant achievement in the promotion of the Irish language. Well done to all involved in organising and supporting our Heritage Week event: Harmony and Heritage: A Milltown Tribute.

NEW DATE!!! An Evening of music with James Kilbane will now take place on 29th of December in St. Joseph's Church in Milltown. Doors Open at 7.30pm with Show Start at 8pm. A Ticket Donation of €25 can still be made, all funds in aid of the Church Refurbishment Fund. Tickets purchased for the previously postponed event (8th Dec) will be valid for the new date. Call the ticket line for details or call in store to purchase your tickets. All support greatly appreciated.

What an amazing night at Milltown Community Centre with The Saw Doctors - Davey Carton and Leo Moran, and The Whileaways. Great to see such a huge turnout to support Milltown Parish Fundraiser. Well done to all involved!! 👏👏👏

A huge thank you to Irish Heart Foundation, Philip (Driver), Anne & Clodagh (nurses) for spending the morning assessing heart health in Milltown. Thanks to the Milltown community for your support. There was a great turnout and we hope that everyone went away with a better insight into their heart health. Stay healthy!
