A fruity twist on an all time classic, this strawberry daiquiri will grant instant breezy summer vibes! 🍓🍓🍓

One Handful of Strawberries 🍓
50ml White Rum (Our staff recommends Bacardi) 🍓
25ml Lime Juice
10ml Simple Syrup

Place the hulled strawberries in a cocktail shaker and gently crush them with a muddler. Add in the other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into your favourite glass. Alternatively, for a frozen cocktail ass all the ingredients with a portion of ice into a blender and blitz until smooth. 🍓

60ml Tequila (our staff recommends Jose Cuervo Especial) 🧂
60ml Grapefruit Juice
60ml Sparkling Water
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
Sea Salt for the Glass Rim 🧂

Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a wedge of grapefruit around the edge and then dipping it into a plate of sea salt. Mix the tequila, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, lime juice, and sparkling water in the glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Who doesn’t love the kick of a classic Moscow Mule? When life gives you limes, turn them into this zesty mule! ⚡️

60ml Vodka (Our staff recommends Absolut)⚡️
15ml Lime juice
120ml Ginger beer (Our staff recommends Zingibeer)⚡️
Lime wedge and mint sprig to garnish

Fill a copper mug or your favourite glass with ice. Pour in the vodka and lime juice. Top with the ginger beer and stir gently to incorporate. Garnish with the lime wedge and mint sprig! ⚡️
