Hereโ€™s what you need to know:
โœ… Our couriers in Ireland DO leave official cards (see example) when no one is home to accept a delivery. These cards include a QR code for rescheduling your delivery.

โœ… Scanning this QR code should redirect you to: https://ondemand.dhl.com/prg/on-demand-delivery.xhtml?ctrycode=IE.

โœ… Alternatively, typing DHL.ie/ondemand in your browser will direct you to the same link.

Due to ongoing industrial action at Canada Post, all mail going to/from Canada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ is suspended with immediate effect. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any items destined for Canada until further notice. โœ‰๏ธ

DHL courier services are unaffected. However, customers must purchase and print their own label before dropping their item off. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
